Yann Kersaint is an urban geographer. After years of teaching about European and Caribbean cities, since 2021 he is part of the Berlin Project Fund Urban Practice and the Call for Action DRAUSSENSTADT. Together with his team at the Stiftung für Kulturelle Weiterbildung und Kulturberatung , he seeks to enable more people to access urban space and funding, as well as to secure and develop places for art and culture. For Yann culture is one of the main components of urbanity.
