Naima Bouchtaoui works as a project manager for the city of Amsterdam, where she works at Bureau Broedplaatsen on the non-real estate projects. This means she’s involved in policy making, signaling new developments in the field of arts and culture with regards to housing creatives in the form of the 3Package Deal, a project in collaboration with the Amsterdam Fund for the Arts, housing corporations, incubators and more than 60 Amsterdam arts and culture institutions. She also works as a projectleader for the 24-hour licensing permits and played an important role in the establishment of the Amsterdam Nightvision and runs several pilots such as programming in incubators.
